Our Mission

Empowerment 4 Girls exists to provide all girls and trans & non-binary youth ages 10-15 with the tools, life skills, and support network to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally in their adolescence and throughout their lives.

Our Vision

We envision a just world where all youth are confident, resilient, and resourceful.

Our Programs

Educate girls, and trans & non-binary youth about what it means to take care of and value ones’ self, others, and relationships.

Nurture girls, and trans & non-binary youth in the development of skills and habits that support and strengthen their physical, emotional and mental well-being.

Empower girls, and trans & non-binary youth to be advocates for themselves and others, and their community to help build a more conscious, compassionate future.

We are expanding our program schedule and curricula, based on the need we see to offer more social-emotional and reproductive health learning opportunities to girls, and trans & non-binary youth so they have the skills and tools they need to effectively deal with the everyday challenges of life at home, in school and in their communities.

Developing a Facilitator Training program to teach more folks to lead these programs will offer economic opportunities to those who become certified. The youth in their communities will have access to the training and mentorship they need to become confident, resilient, compassionate mentors for the next generation of girls, and trans & non-binary youth.
